Dr. Manuel Sato

Dr. Manuel Sato is a specialist in Endodontics. Dr. Sato attended Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, one of the most prestigious dental schools in Peru, where he earned his D.D.S.. He worked as a general dentist in private practice for several years, as well as with Community Health Centers in Peru.  He then completed an Endodontic post-graduate program at Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University before moving to Connecticut to attend UCONN.  At the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Sato completed his residency and fellowship in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program (AEGD), earned a Certificate in Endodontics, and his Master of Dental Science degree.  Dr. Sato then served  as a clinical instructor in the AEGD program for more than six years, while also working as an endodontist throughout Connecticut.  He has also published research at UCONN, as well as in the Journal of Endodontics.

Dr. Sato strives to create a trusting clinical environment, making every endodontic appointment comfortable and pleasant for his patients.  

He resides in Monroe, Connecticut, where he loves spending time with his wife, Lyly, and two amazing sons.  When he is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys cooking, music, movies and traveling.

Dr. Sato is fluent in English and Spanish.
